Ansco's CNC milling equipment ranges in size from 16” x 24” vertical machining centers to 60” x 60” horizontal machining centers
All of our machining centers are equipped to transfer CNC programs wirelessly, effectively eliminating limits on program size.
- Sizes: up to a 60” cylinder x 60” tall
- Quantities: small lots in single vertical machining centers to large runs in one or more pallet-changing horizontal machining centers
- Features: pallet changing, electronically preset tools, wireless program transfer, stock and part probing, full fourth axes.
To help our customers meet their requirements, Ansco uses a number of advanced features. Saving time on our processes and operations helps keep our customers on track with their customers.
Our horizontal mills have full 4th axis capabilities. All have pallet changers with modular pallets for quick-change fixtures.
Our newer machines have part probes, allowing us to quickly compensate for variation in the raw stock and allowing us to provide a more consistent product to our customers.
Electronic tool presetting significantly increases our machine up-time by greatly reducing our setup/change over times, improving overall throughput.
Ansco is committed to investing in new equipment and maintaining our existing capacity. Each mill has a preventive maintenance schedule and is maintained by our own full-time maintenance staff. Prevention is the key to consistent accuracy and repeatability and is vital to meeting customer schedules.
