Expansion (Aug. 8, 2006)

Ansco has completed its physical plant expansion. The new section adds 22,000 square feet to Ansco’s previous 15,000 square foot building. The newer section has higher ceilings and more natural light. The layout simplifies material flow and obviates on-site storage of raw materials.

Manufacturer of the Year (Oct. 25, 2006)

Ansco Machine was named Manufacturer of the Year by the Cuyahoga Falls Chamber of Commerce in recognition for its contributions to the life and economy of the city.

Open House (Sept. 21, 2006)

In celebration of its fifteenth anniversary and the completion of its recent expansion, Ansco Machine held an open house.

New Daewoo Puma 300C Horizontal Turning Center (Feb. 12, 2006)

Ansco continues to grow with the addition of a new Daewoo horizontal turning center, Ansco is expanding their capacity for a mid-size range of parts. The new Daewoo HTC supports Ansco’s quality and price/value programs by providing faster speed and accuracy in their turning capabilities.

Ansco Adds New Giddings and Lewis Horizontal Machining Center (Mar. 15, 2006)

With the goal to shorten lead-times, Ansco has added a new G&L HMC-170 horizontal machining center with 33” x 33” travel, 100 tool automatic tool changer and a full 4th axis.

Ansco finishes new facility. (Mar. 25, 2002)

Construction has finished on Ansco's new 15,000 square foot office and manufacturing center. This facility was designed to maximize product throughput utilizing Ansco's modern CNC equipment. We welcome visitors, so give us a call.

New Hankook CNC expands turning capacity. (Apr. 14, 2002)

Ansco's CNC turning capacity has been increased to 63" with the addition of a new Hankook VTB-140 CNC vertical boring mill. This machine features a 55" chuck, automatic tool changer and a Fanuc 18-T Control. Fitted with a Marposs work probe, Ansco will be able to provide detailed computerized inspection reports of all parts.
