Ansco Machine is an expert manufacturer of quality CNC Lathe products. We have over 15 state-of-the-art CNC turning centers, including 4 with milling capabilities. These machines have a range of work envelopes and features, allowing Ansco to assign the best machine tool for each customers' individual parts.
Our Vertical CNC Turning Centers have a maximum part size of 100” (2540 mm) to accommodate larger parts, as well as live tooling. For higher-volume projects, we offer turning centers with bar feeders, multiple spindles and turrets, and our twin-spindle turning system with robotic gantry loading. Ansco turns shafts and other long parts up to 112” in length.
Ansco is committed to investing in new equipment and maintaining our existing capacity. Each lathe has a preventive maintenance schedule and is maintained by our own full-time maintenance staff. Prevention is the key to consistent accuracy and repeatability and is vital to meeting customer schedules.
